Invalid License Key

Hi.
I am a registered user of avast. I formatted my computer recently. I have installed Avast Home Edition v 4.8 but when I try to register using my License number, I get a message ‘Invalid license number’.

Please help me out.

Go here, http://avast.com/eng/home-registration.php and click, I’m a registered user, but I lost my registration key.

I already have the registration key but when I enter the key, I get this invalid license key message.

Did you follow David’s tutorial to insert the key?
Are your system time and date correct (double check ;))
