invitation facebook virus hoax

Hi

I have been getting emails stating that "invitation facebook " is a virus, my question is , is it a hoax. I am new to this board so this might not be a appropriate question. Further is there a safe site that monitors all such hoaxes where I could go to check the validity of the warning messages I am receiving?

Thks

Roy

A picture of the e-mail would help.

Well… Hoax is unpredictable
But you need to search at safe sites in Internet (like Wilders’ forum).
avast tries to detect such facebook infections… But nothing is perfect in the world.
Always take care.
