iOS license desn't work

Bonjour,
J’ai acheté 3 licenses PC et une license iOS en même temps.

Mon problème de situe au niveau de la license iOS : elle ne fonctionne pas. J’ai lu dans le forum qu’il y avait 12 chiffres à rentrer, or dans le mail reçu des licenses il n’y en a que 10 pour la license iOS …
Comment faire svp ?

Hi. I’m sorry I thought that it was for every language for VPN’ problems.

So,
I bought 3 licensed PCs and one iOS license at the same time.

My problem is located at the iOS license level: it does not work. I read in the forum that there were 12 digits to enter, but in the mail that I received from the licenses there are only 10 for the iOS license …
What can I do please?
