IP Block by Port Scan Detection

Hello.

I have problem with ‘port scan detection’ option in firewall.

it block my company website (http://www.inven.co.kr) LVS Server IP.

our customers who using ‘AVAST Premire’ cannot open out website, because this proplem.

what is the ‘Port scan detection’? and why it block my site?

APEWS should be ignored.
They never cleanup their database and is therefor unreliable.

So it means, IP block cause the IP ( 121.78.123.93 ) on the list?
