Ironic

… it feels almost as though I’m being scammed by the company I purchase scam protection from. In May 2025, I purchased a 1-yr subscription. Its nine months later and my credit card has been charged for another year - that’s my first issue. The new charge is an increase of 18% - my second issue. This site’s winding path of breadcrumbs that they call “How can we help?” is of no use to me as there are no options for “I’m being screwed” amid the myriad of pre-conceived issues. Is my only option to dispute the charge with my credit card company?? Oh, and needless to say, I’d like to cancel… somehow, I just don’t trust that you have my back!
