Hi, new to AvastIS 7 and the Forum so a hello from me.

Just trying to familiarise myself with the IS7 and a few things to sort…

When I run Internet Explorer in theSandbox, it shows in the list of running visualised processes 3 to 4 times on average when I only have a singular process physically running so I just want to try and find out whether this should be happening and whether there are some configuration issues somewhere ?

One other thing i am not sure about is the Sandbox storage - I cannot figure out the difference between the 3 options available. Perhaps someone could explain this for me.

By the way, I am running AvastIS 7 with the Firewall active and also Comodo Firewall & Defence + activated. I read somewhere to allow Comodo and Avast as trusted processes in each others program which I have done(I hope correctly)

I could not find recommended settings for the Sandbox so I am hoping more experienced users can point me in the right direction, tips etc.

welcome to the forum. im not sure but running two firewalls at the same time could couse problems so i suggest you uninstall one. meaby comodo seens you using the internet suite of avast, that is using a firewall all ready. and for the sandbox i would suggest you leave it at the defult settings witch should be auto sandbox i think. unlease it be trouble for you. then you could chance the settings to ask. then it will popup with a small screen before and ask if you would run the program in the sandbox. but ussally it would not any trouble with the defualt settings.
