Is Avast 2014 supposed to have only 3 shields?

Hello,

I just restarted my laptop from an auto-update from Avast 8 and it’s now running Avast 2014. Seems to be running smoothly so far, so nicely done.

I do want to ask a question for clarification, however. Pardon me if this was asked before, but is Avast 2014 supposed to only have the File System Shield, Web Shield, and Mail Shield? I remember Avast 8 having way more, with P2P Shields, Behaviour Shields, Script Shields, and all other fun stuff. Now it only has 3. I suppose this is how it’s supposed to be, provided that Avast is telling me that “Everything is good,” but I’d just like some clarification if the shield count truly compacted down to 3.

Yes, new version only has the 3. Other shields are incorporated into the 3.
