Is Avast able to remove Rapzo Logger keylogger if one is infected?

I would like to know if Avast is able to remove Rapzo Logger keylogger if one is infected with it.

If yes, does it mean a normal scan will do? If no, why not may I ask?

Avast knows it as: MSIL:Agent-xx [Trj]
Since it knows it, it should be able to handle it without a problem.
