Is Avast giving me false positives?

I keep getting pop ups that cmd.exe and tasklist.exe in my system32 folder is infected with MSIL: Crypt-UE (Trj), but when I scan these files individually, no issue is found. Malwarebytes scan is clean, and individual scan, clean. I have loaded the files into VirusTotal and again: 100% clean.

Try sending file False Positive report to Avast. Choose Your Sample Submission Type | Avast
Give avast at least 48hrs to consider.

Note: I am not an Avast team member, just another user.
