Is Avast support site down?

Hi there,

It seems avast support site is down. When I go to https://support.avast.com/ I see this error message:

Your connection is not private Attackers might be trying to steal your information from support.avast.com (for example, passwords, messages or credit cards) NET::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID Subject: *.freshdesk.com Issuer: DigiCert SHA2 High Assurance Server CA Expires on: 7 july 2017 y. Current date: 12 oct. 2015 y.
What's up? Is any news when it'll be fixed ?

We are migrating to another system to handle the support tickets.
The new address is not https so please try http://support.avast.com and you should be redirected to the new portal.

But why you’re not using https now while it’s more secure than http?

I got this earlier http://support.avast.com/support/tickets/new and I checked it again and the link was working.
