Can anyone advise if Clean Up is additional to Avast Pro? I thought I had renewed my Avast Pro but I find that expires in Jan 2016 but Clean Up is NOv 2016. I have created a ticket but although received an acknowlegement on 16 Dec, have not had any answer
avast and CleanUp are using separate licenses.
In addition to Eddy’s reply, I would give it while longer as the Holidays tend to through many things off when it comes to staffing, Holidays and all.
Having said that, you could post your ‘Ticket Number’ here and attention will be sought.
