Is "grime" on Premier?

I have Premier (I think) running on 3 PC’s. On one PC, Smart Scan reports grime but, wants to charge me to clean it. Should I already be covered in Premier? Or if not and I buy it will that purchase cover all 3 PC’s? Or is a fee per PC?

Yes it is, but there are also elements of GrimeFighter included in even the avast free and other avast product versions. This however, isn’t the same as the full paid version of GrimeFighter which goes into greater depth.
