Is it still possible I may have a virus?

Hello everyone, I did something stupid and downloaded a cracked program because I really wanted to use it but it was so damn expensive. I disabled my internet and run the Avast on the file. It detected two Win32:PUP-gen and said the threat was low. From the comments in the torrent, this was from the keygen that can with the crack.

I installed the program and cracked it etc and then deleted all the files I had downloaded. I then ran Avast again and it picked up 0 viruses or threats. Is it safe to assume that the program is clean and I do not not have viruses from this?

If Avast picked up the threats before the installation and then when I deleted those files, Avast detects nothing. I guess the file itself was clean? I did all of this without an internet connection and then deleted the keygen so even if it was infected, it couldn’t transmit any data before I deleted it.

I have also run 3 other antivirus programs and nothing is detected.

No, it is not safe.
Delete what you have installed.

Keep in mind that for (about) every paid software there is a free alternative.
MS-Office > Libre Office
Adobe Photoshop > The Gimp
MS-Windows > Linux
etc.

Nope.
