Is Maplestory safe?

I would like to DL Maplestory, but I remembered that it has pop-up after you exit the game. Is it possible these pop-ups could be dangerous? BTW, the pop-up are Maple story sponsored ads I believe.

Also, is Maplestory safe according to avast? Thanks.
