Is my computer infected if Avast had blocked the threat?

I ran across a link that Avast didn’t like, where it blocked a ‘HTML:Script-inf’ infection… no idea what kind of threat this was. Because the threat was blocked, is my computer still considered safe as before? I tried searching for a log file for more details, but Avast doesn’t seem to provide such a thing. Avast treats it as only a statistic, or a virus that was blocked within the last 30 days.

I may have overreacted, but I deleted Chrome’s cookies & cache, then ran my computer through full scans with Avast, Malwarebytes, and Windows Defender… everything came up clean. I also checked the URL with Virustotal and Securi Sitescan, they also came up clean.

Considering that I use Adblock, ScriptSafe (NoScript), WOT, and the Ghostery extensions, my computer is pretty locked down. Everything i use is up-to-date, so I don’t really understand how Avast found what it did. ???

As it was blocked, yes.
