Is Sandboxie good to use browsing ?

I am thinking of trying this for the first time, editing: I just read all about this on wikipedia, an answered my own question.

This may help.

“Sandboxie is a tiny [less than 0.5MB] software, which creates a virtual space within your system and allows you to run your web browser, email client or any other program without leaving any trace in the rest of your system. The applications running within this space are not allowed to make any alterations to the rest of your system until you specifically order for that.”

Sandboxie and 64-Bit OS?

Thank You! , DarkLegend I have added this too my defenses. Also a very nice blog site bookmarking it now

@pinacle

Sandboxie cannot be installed on 64-bit Editions of Windows. Specifically, 64-bit versions of Windows XP, Windows Server 2003, Windows Vista, and Windows 7.
I use avast!, Malwarebytes Anti-Malware (MBAM) and WinPatrol PLUS that provides good protection and I have a comprehensive HOSTS file that consists of hpHosts and MVPS HOSTS files managed by HostsMan and use its browser speedup proxy HostsServer.

Yokenny I like that WinPatrol Plus looks like a terrific program may look into a bit further thank you
