just wondering, may be just my imagination.

when you get to this page:
http://www.microsoft.com/france/windows/Windows-7/ (legit MS ;D )
the IP 213.199.162.86 looks MS from DNS stuff, but impossible to locate really. Flagfox shows an italian flag, but can’t load the page to give details.

and you click on this link:
hxxp://view.atdmt.com/action/frmcon_Download_9?href=http://www.personnalisez-votre-pc.com/

you get a page with download links that don’t look MS to me… especially with an executable supposed to get you wallpapers.

but when you click, always from the first MS page on that link:
http://view.atdmt.com/action/frmcon_Download_9?href=http://windows.microsoft.com/fr-FR/windows7/downloads

then you get what’s expected, themes for Windows Seven

just never heard of these packs installed through an *.exe from Microsoft. Wondering if that’s a redirection. Again, I’m not sure at all. Could be the site is perfectly legit :-[

Unless someone has hijacked your DNS, I guess it would be legit. The address is going to microsoft.com

However, the atdmt.com isn’t microsoft, so I guess they are third party wallpapers.

yeah third party anyway… I was just surprised with the *.exe download together with the site layout which is obviously not Microsoft style…That’s probably a site having an agreement with MS, sorry about the fuss guys :wink:
