Is the patch ready promised in the link ?

I also did face the internet access problem detailed there in the link. i tried all sorts of things. i was getting errors, like i do not have a valid ip, there is no gateway even when my lines are found to be ok. periodical interrupts of access was also faced by me. i do not know exactly that it is because of the avast update.
Anyhow, is the patch ready for avast free consumers? or yet to be ready. please, i have replaced the router for this problem, which only came to be known from other site, i included in the link.
