I called for help today because the site would not process my attempt tp renew my Premium Security which is due in September, because they were offering a discount for early renewal. During the conversation I was told I had five products, three of which were to be automatically charged for because they had been given to me free last year. When I told him to cancel them I was told I had to pay for one renewal and that it was a new law/rule. If I did not wish to renew there would be a charge of $240+ instead of $480 to renew. I argued that they could not charge me for something that was not in place when the free original offer was made. Furthermore I have no recollection of ever accepting these free products, and I would like to find proof on the site that I have them. Does anyone know about this or is it a scam?
