I like to run my virus program at night when I am asleep. It is irritating to have the “Found Virus” thing come up and I have to choose an option so the program will keep running… I would like to be able to select “remove all” and let it rip…

However, if you can determine where avast starts the scan, you can place a harmless eircar test file near that location. When avast detects it, check the “don’t show again” box and select no action, the scan will continue. When the scan is finished you will recieve a report so you can deal with any problems.
