I paid for Avast Cleanup Premium via ali pay, and make a mistake about the register email, so i cannot get the activation code.
is there any possible i can get back the money(return to the payment account) or a new Activation Code( pls send it to this email which i post this topic now ) , it looks no Avast customer service in China or Non-english zone in this forum , please give an answer.

I rather doubt there would be any customer service in China, given the Great Firewall of China trying to block Western browsing activity. Just typing in China in the link given doesn’t even show any match in the drop down list.
However, if the OP is able to access the forum then he should also be able to access the Avast Support Ticket system.

Though you have an order number I don’t know if the special character at the start would be recognised or part of the order number. Plus this one looks a bit long.
If the order number isn’t found/unrecognised use 00000000 as mentioned in the quote, not you should at least be able to get into the ticket system to explain the email problem and give the correct one and the information you have given here.
Yes it is, but the OP is asking about non receipt of activation code (wrong email used) and that would generally be handled using the support ticket system.
