Is there any danger? Win32:Mytob-RQ[Wrm]

Hello,

So I’ve been checking my mailbox and there was a message from familiar address. I opened it, it had no text message, but a file to download. Me stupid clicked “download” and then avast started to inform me “Warning! There is a virus found…” - however I did not start transfer, because before that Windows asked me if I want to download file or not. After avast message I clicked “undo” and did not download the file. Do you think my mailbox and/or computer stay may be infected, or not. In Avast logs I found information with date and hour, that says: “sign of Win32:Mytob-RQ[Wrm] in the message of…”. Does it mean infection, or just WARNING not to download the file?

avast! blocked the download so you avoided infection- this time!

Never trust e-mail attachments unless you are expecting one from a known source.
