but view these pages,

avast will show alert like this when view the url with domain

nothing happen when view the url with ip.

And use avast scan the file hxxp://www.music.ntnu.edu.tw/img/txt_icon/f/007_off.jpg
(I down the jpg from ftp)
avast says it is safe.

First, please change http:// to hXtp:// to avoid accidental clicks.

URL:Mal means that the URL is blacklisted. It does not mean that the specified file is infected.
