Is this a false alarm?

I’m using Avast 4 Home Ed. with Windows 2000 and I’m receiving an alarm about a trojan virus named “ceexplorer”.
Is this a false alarm or a true virus?

Hi,

where exactly was the infected file found (full path- and filename; from avast’s report/logfile)

Scan the file with OnlineScanners from Trend & RAV (see below; pause avast’s resident shield first)

if neither find anything, please send the file in to

virus at asw dot cz
