Is this a false positive or something malicious?

Hello,

I am new to avast. I literally just installed it, and it started a first-time-scan-thing. Well, it found a threat. It says the threat is located in “c:\windows\temp\set42db.temp.exe”. I don’t know if it’s malicious or not. I tried to delete it and it says it was being used by a program, System32 or something. I also “moved it to the chest” but it gave me the same error, so I just selected “Do nothing”.
The threat was “Win32-Evo-Gen”.
Here’s a screenshot of the scan log: http://gyazo.com/d1537bfc5c3d3cbfc79c3179794777f8

Any help would be appreciated!

Win32-Evo-Gen [susp] = suspicious

Since located in a temp folder … you may clear all temp folders with this http://www.geekstogo.com/forum/files/file/187-tfc-temp-file-cleaner-by-oldtimer/

Do you still get that detection after running TFC ?

I cleared all of the temp files, and ran a new scan. Now nothing is found. So never mind. I guess it’s gone :stuck_out_tongue:
