Is this a false positive?

Avast blocked a file yesterday named SetTimeSync.exe saying it was acting strange, also said something about idp.generic, I searched the file name on google and I think it’s a Samsung utility program, so I restored and sent to Avast false positive report. How do I know if it really was a vírus or not?

A scan at VirusTotal will give a good indication.

So avast sent me a message today and the file was white listed. I guess it is problem solved?
