Is it alright that when I open malwarebytes it says: are you alright with malwarebytes/developer:malwarebytes etc…
Making changes to your hard drive?
Does this mean it is not a proper version?
Only you can answer those questions.
If it is the version you wanted, there is nothing wrong.
I mean is that normal? Does that mean something is wrong with the version I have?

We can’t say as we aren’t MBAM developers, we might use it but we don’t its inner workings. We don’t know why it happened in the first place and if a reinstall would resolve the underlining issue. Which is I guess why Pondus gave you the MBAM forum link.
If I were to guess, the pop-up/dialog box is about the Windows User Account Control and is asking if it is ok to run mbam and make changes to his hard drive. Well-known security feature since Windows Vista.
