I did a quick scan and this showed up.
Files Infected:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\iexp_log.txt (Malware.Trace) → Quarantined and deleted successfully.
It’s just a trace, but as you got it, you should do a full scan or boot time scan (32bit only).
