Is this gone. Malware

Hi, paranoid here. Was reading the thread “Anti-Virus 2010” and wondering if this is what I had/have. I visited the Vista forum to find out how to fix my computers sleeping problem. (Recommended by Avast) When I checked my post, to see if there were any instructions on how to fix the sleeping problem, the below was put onto the bottom of my post.

Download "Vista Drivers"Vista.DriverBoost.com

So I started downloading and using these tools and after it asked for me to buy, I went back to the Vista forum and told them. The Vista forum asked where I got these instructions and I told them. Have not heard back as to how/why these were put on my post.

So I did a scan with MBAM and this is the first time I havae ever had anything show up on this. This is what was found.

It is in quarantine. So all is ok? Computer is fine as far as I know. Still the sleeping problems, lol. But, is there a reason why the desktop icons change sizes. One time they are larger than next, smaller. Anyways, thank you for being here as this is where I learnt about downloading Malwarebytes. Thank you
