AWS is indeed Amazon Web Services. (Just because a website is on a reputable host does not mean it’s safe.)

The initial technical report from me is for those that may block this site or the error on that IP/domain.
For you there is not a legit video to materialise ever via this link uri, and probably never will.
The video may be suspect.
It is abuse and some consider those that put it up there as hackers.
With P2P-ing you run such risks, so stay away from such sources.
