Is This Registry Key Infected?

Malwarebytes has detected a registry key as infected and not allowing me to change my desktop, but I can. My friend’s parent’s computer had this too and I ignored it. Is it bad or just Windows? It’s odd because I installed Windows the day before yesterday.

OS is Win 7 Pro 64-bit.
