Is this scanner discontinued or does it have temporal server problems?

Use to test here for sub routine hashes:

Checked here: http://www.test-cors.org/#?client_method=HEAD&client_credentials=false&server_url=https%3A%2F%2Fpanthermiki.gr%2Fjs%2Finfortis%2Fjquery%2Fjquery-1.7.2.min.js&server_enable=true&server_status=200&server_credentials=false&server_tabs=remote

as site to be tested did not support CORS.
