for some reason on my moms computer every time there is a explorer error it concerns the kernell322.dll or something like that.
My mom has Windows 98 and we’re noticing over the months it randomly freezes etc now we’ve checked it for spyware and virus everyday but nothings on it.
could this just be software conflict or is her Windows corrupted ?
Hard to say more without the exact error, but I’d rather say it’s a problem with the operating system. Reinstall of Windows (or maybe reinstall or update of Internet Explorer) may help.
Like Igor said. It is almost impossible to say what is causing this without more information like the exact error, what is running when the error comes up, what are you trying to do when the error happens etc. But at first look, it looks like a windows problem.
