Is"Threat secured" message "Infected with HTML:paypal-B [Phish] Real or false?

Suddenly got a warning window, saying " We’ve Safely Aborted connection on www.paypal.com because it was infected with HTML:paypal-B [Phish], then states: More threats may be lurking! Scan My PC.
Scanned my PC once, (boot time) and when I went pack to paypal, the same warning popped up again.
I went in and edited the url in my browser tab, so it now reads “www.paypal.com” and paypal appears to open up ok ONCE then it goes back to the warning. I am a little spooked.
Can anyone tell me what this was, and if the threat is real?

Thanks.
KH

Info from Threat Lab: This detection was disabled, but since then we didn’t release new VPS version because of some issues, it will be fixed in next stream update.
