Is WebRep down for anyone else?

My webrep in firefox does not seem to be working.

It was working earlier today, but not right now.

Anyone else have this? I also am running WOT, so luckily I am not flying blind

Looks like the new avast version is too buggy. M fed up with it.

HI I am using Google Browser and I just discovered that yes the Webrep icon does not work also right now in Google Browser as well.

If you are all using v. 7.0.1451, there will be a fix in a few glitches next week. I do not know what they are, but the Avast Team reads the forum and problems. Please wait until the fix comes next week. Thank you.

I think it was more likely the webrep servers, than 7.0.1451 as the WebRep has been working in firefox 13.0.1. The WebRep servers appear to be down now (Grey bars on pages and none on search results), it was working fine earlier when I first came on-line around 12:30pm UK time.

I have WOT also as a firefox add-on normally, but again it is a user based reputation and guidance only.

I have the same problem,i’m using Opera.

I’m not sure you have the same problem with Opera, as far as I’m aware there is no WebRep for Opera (yet).

Interesting, I hadn’t seen that in the post.

So I don’t know if that is just the webrep servers being down (usually seen as Grey bars when you open a page and no bars in search results) or that it isn’t working in Opera or not.

Does anyone know when the Webrep issue will be fixed, I have not been able to use my laptop today to check, because the Cisco NAC on campus won’t let me through (it has difficulty with Avast)

I actually had to turn WebRep off after the last program update ( not the definition update), as it was constantly crashing IE9 (in the free and Pro version) . Anyone else ?

After turning off WebRep (and a reboot) , Ive been fine ever since .
