ISP log out page not displayed while using Avast Pro

Hi
Can anybody help me with my problem?
I was using Avast basic antivirus and my ISP log out page used to display but now after avast got automatically upgraded to Pro recently the log out page does not display What is the solution
I raised the support ticket with avast team twice giving my email id but they are not bothered to reply
Please help

something to test … if you turn off https scanning, any change then?

Nope I turned off HTTPS scanning but no change the login page displays but not the log out page
