Issue a license activation

Hello, I have for several years used the Avast anti-virus program, and I’m very pleased with it. Now, 24.02.2017 I bought additional licenses to improve PC performance. I also got the license number, which entered the program. Unfortunately I do not have to date failed to activate the license. Please help it get a license to work. Otherwise, there is a way to give you the money I was paying, but the goods have not been received.

I have to guess since you don’t provide much information.
You talk about “pc performance”, I take it you mean CleanUp.
