Hello, Recently i build a new PC and i install Windows 10 Pro and i install Avast. Avast worked percectly before an update came up, i recieve a notification from Microsoft that im using old updates and that i can update it custom from 10XXXX to 15XXXX (if i remember good) so, i go to microsoft.com and i did the update and after it some apps are not working properely like Avast and Hamachi, so, on avast when im turning on the computer the Avast icon at the right bottom is not appearing i try to scan an application by Right Clicking on it and i press Scan, after pressing it an error box came up that says (AvastUI.exe is not running. Open it to do scans) (Translated from greek by me so it may be a little wrong). I delete avast, the registry files from it and i reinstall it but im having exactly the same issues. Anything left to do? All helps are appreciated.
Repair Avast:
Control Panel> Program and Features (Add/remove program)>Select Avast> Select Repair. Reboot when completed

Same here. Unless you’re using an older and underpowered computer,
there should not be any issues running the latest version of Avast.
Some of the cleanup recommendations suggested here, might help your system:

Don’t know if you have leftovers from prior AV’s that may have been installed
and not totally removed.
How to Successfully Install Avast: http://goo.gl/VLXde
The culprit is not avast but (as has been mentioned all over the Internet) the update from Microsoft.
Bite the bullet and do as I suggested or spend many hours to solve it and if you even fined a solution tell MS to bring out a fix.
Im NOT! going to loose all of my data and my time just to install Avast… better stay sith windows defender.
There is a reason why people can (and should) create a backup of data.
UPDATE*!: Everything is fixed now after Windows 10 Update! And format is not allways the solution. Im happy that everything is back to normal.
