1.whether avast endpoint protection suite able to detect and remove virus ransomware?
Yes, but the world of malware is not static, new versions are freqently released to avoid detection
2.whether avast endpoint protection suite can decrypt file virus ransomware?
To my knowledge no AV can decrypt, you need special decrypt tool that some AV vendors have created, but they dont work on all ransomware

since you are a endpoint user i guess you should contact avast for support > https://www.avast.com/business-support

Hello Asyn,
I have contact avast support, thank you for advice

You’re welcome.

.Gsupport is used by the Globe ransomware.

1]
av’s do detect a lot of malware, but not all.
More and more bad guys switched to using ransomware.
That means that more and more variants and new ones appear on a daily base.
100% detection/protection is simply not possible.

2]
No, avast is not a decryptor tool.
I know Trend Micro (and perhaps others as well) have a tool that can decrypt files encrypted by some variants of Globe.

Please give a solution is best for customer us.
The best solution is: 1 - Clean the system 2- Deleted all encrypted files and put the files back from a recent (clean) backup 3 - Teach the user not just to download/click things
