issue when switching windows users AIS and other help please

  1. I have AIS and when i switch user accounts and revert back to the first windows user i was under, avast constantly crashes when i do this. I then have to restart my system to get avast running again. I am always unable to switch to a different user on my computer and keep avast running normal. Is there a fix for this?

  2. My PC loads up very slowly and it takes a good while for my desktop to load WIN 7. My control panel indicates that avast.srvc (sp?) is causing start up issues.I also have MBAM Pro running along side.

How do i completely uninstall avast correctly and reinstall? I dont have my software key. I bought a 2 year AIS pkg - how to re install without any issues?
Is a registry cleaner recommended for this?

Please respond with explaining how to do this instead of posting links.

thanks

By clicking Register in the right column, and Search Errors, CCleaner will look for information that Windows has written, are no longer useful and only decreases the performance to solve this, just go Fix bug in option (s) selected (s) …

Over time, your computer becomes increasingly slow, also increasing the time we need to wait to boot the computer in order to use it. You can mitigate and even solve the problem by disabling autorun programs unnecessary.
