ISSUE: Win 10 doesn't boot after using CleanUp

Hi !

Please help me I am desperate.
I installed Avast cleanup two days earlier and used the put applications to sleep on startup option.
I didn’t think that they would suggest putting the startup file to sleep and so I just put what they recommended me to sleep.

Ever since then, I hadn’t been able to open Windows , my computer is just a black screen.
I can’t restore I can 't reinitialize I can’t do anything !!

Please help !
