Avast is blocking me out of a Utilities website that I’ve been using for multiple years now with no issues.
I’ve added it to my exemptions list on the web shield but this message pops up that I am unable to close out of. https://imgur.com/a/EN6Ky5V this is a screen shot of the warning.
I just want to pay my electric bill.

Seems as if Avast Online Security is flagging a possible https:// phishing site per what your warning snip indicates.

Site was being blocked until yesterday as URL:Phishing.
Not classified only by AOS
Our virus specialists have been working on this problem and it has now been resolved. The provided website isn't detected by Avast anymore.
