Issues with Avast Secure Browser

Hi!

Avast Secure Browser appears as installed on the list from Avast program, but Windows 10 does not list it as an installed program.

Another issue: on some sites, when opened with Avast Secure Browser, the page gets greyed out, but I don’t get the window asking for acceptance of cookies. As a result, the page stays greyed out, and I cant write anything, or use the mouse on that page.
But if I open the same page/link with Google Chrome, there is no such issue.
What to do?

I signalled twice the problem to Avast tech representative, but, although they tried, they didnt solve the problem.
I uninstalled twice Avast and reinstalled, but the issue is still there.

Please help.

I mananged to solve the first issue by installing the latest version of Avast Secure Browser - and now it appears inthe list of Windows installed programs.
Also, I found out (but not with the help of an Avast tech representative) that I was using an ad-block on Avast Secure Browser. This was causing the second issue.
Problem solved.
