I have updated to Avast Secure browser Version 121.0.23992.186 (Official Build) (64-bit) and even with the swipe feature turned off I am having issues with Youtube videos starting on their own and pages changing when moving the mouse around the screen. This is almost making the browser unusable. I have checked to see if I have the same issues with other browsers and I have no issues when using Firefox, Chrome or Edge. I have cleared my chache, checked for viruses and malware and nothing. I only have issues with this browser currently. I had no issues before the update.
Just to note this is on a Windows machine with all drivers, software and OS updates in place.
