It doesn't make sense!!

Hey, sorry I’m not really good at this…

I had been using free for a while and was happy with it, so bought it. Then the licence ran out, so I renewed, but this time for 3 computers.

SO I logged into my account to check my licence and see if it was as simple as downloading AVAST on the new laptop and entering my licence number or something. But on the licence tab it says licence expired!! But on my devices when I view details it says licence exp date 21/12/2014 subscription status valid. But progaram status has a red cross and says 8.0.1497…

So is my licence valid or not? And then how do I get AVAST on my 2nd … and some stage my 3rd laptop?

I didn’t think it would be this hard!!

Simply add the license file you were sent at purchase, into the avast GUI on each of your machines.

Thanks! What’s a gui? And what does it say no valid licence but I have paid and should have a valid licence?
