everytime i log in to my acount( i have XP) none of my desktop icons appear or the start botton. i have to log back in for it to work?

is there anything that can clean it? ???

i mean that nothing appears on the screen just my wallpaper

but the second time i log my self in everything appears

Does it happen everytime?
Is “Right click the desktop” → Arrange Icon By → Show Desktop Icons checked?
