I red some dicsussion in another thread, what I want to say is,

Don’t do things that make your users angry. Maybe it (automatically installation of the browser) is legal from EULA (which I don’t care true or false), even it is for their’s good.

It is suddenly appreared on my desktop, takes me time to figure out what it is, who/why it was there, and how to kick it out of my computer.
IT DOES NOTHING DIFFERENCE COMPARED TO A MALWARE, the only difference is how much time/data/privacy I lost.

Wish you don’t do similiar things again.

As has been explained…

  • avast has stopped the push installation (which was only for user who are using the free avast version)
  • the safezone browser is not installed automatically anymore in the latest avast version
