I’ve been sending emails to the support line in Portugal for a week, and so far I haven’t received any help. I want to get my money back because not only do I not want the software, but it was also renewed automatically. And with this lack of competence and the delay in the support team’s response, I’m even less willing to ever get any of your programs again, because if I ever need help, I clearly won’t get any!
It’s disgraceful — there’s no instant chat support, the email line in Portugal doesn’t reply, and the U.S. line, which should be the most efficient, only offers phone calls, and I can’t make one. What terrible support! Someone please contact me, for God’s sake.
