That option is a new one for avast 10.0.2206 so it is possible that hasn’t been translated so it appears in English.
I’m not sure if this is what you meant or if you are asking if that option should be selected ?
Mine is on the old setting ‘Ask when an update is available.’ I’m not sure what the default setting is now.

Again I don’t understand what it is your asking - to me it looks like there has been no translation of the new function in the User Interface. It looks like this results in getting the English text of the new function until the translators actually translate the new text.
Not so much a translation error, but no translation having been done.
I would only report the error, nothing wrong with avast 
Same issue in the spaninsh version. 
In a Hungarian version likewise the same translation mistake 
Hope the avast theam fix that !!
