Hi, I’ve got avast for 1 year antivirus, for the first time I paid for an antivirus, but now a game on line that usually played does’t work anymore, it blocking the game-guard and it is impossibile play, so my question is possible to disable temporanely the antivirus ?

Yes, right click on the avast tray icon and select ‘Avast Shield Control’ > Disable for X duration.

But in all honesty this isn’t the way to go as you put your system at risk, going on-line with your security trousers round your ankles.

You could exclude the game guard file as another option.

What is it actually blocking, a screenshot of that might help ?

It’s strange becuase happen just 2 hours ago, and the contract 1 year started the 20 july, untill few hours ago could play fluently; the last screen is from windows8 tell that deadly file blocked the system and will be restart, and this going on always if I try to enter in the game. Try to disabled, and keep you on news.

I need to contact Avast support, could be the possibility to remouve my contract the I signed one month ago ?
Could you write the adress/link of AVAST I could’t find it.

If you mean request a refund, you have to do that before 30 days.

You can submit a support ticket - Try the following:
https://support.avast.com/Tickets/Submit/RenderForm/27/&cls02&ptf01&lic01&scr06

It can take 5-10 working days to get a refund - Just submit one ticket - Submitting multiple tickets can actually slow the process as the tickets are dealt with in a first in first out basis.

Thank you, I want to ask a question, if I decide volontary to disinstall AVAST from my system, without send a tichet to the support, is possible ?

You can uninstall avast at any time without sending a support ticket. But if you don’t submit a support ticket then there wouldn’t be any way to get a refund (as they wouldn’t know).
